ABRASIVE GARNET PREMIUM ROCK

This tough abrasive material in a reddish tone is a product of crushing rocks process. Due to it’s sharpness Premium guaranties the best cutting quality with thick materials.
Sharp edges provide high cutting speed. Therefore it’s the most universal garnet among our abrasives. The mineral is chosen and processed into a product of the highest standard. It works best as a waterjet abrasive medium. With it's moderate price Premium is a very popular choice.

It’s hardness is tied to garnet’s mineral structure. It gives a high durability. That’s why Premium ensures a stable work of the waterjet machine. ABRASIVE GARNET PREMIUM ALLUVIAL

This pink garnet abrasive is best known for it’s hardness and durability. Name alluvial means it comes from bottom of a river.
Thanks to it’s alluvial origin it’s grains have round edges. Therefore, they give the highest quality aftercut finish. Despite it's high price our customers choose it very often for the top quality cutting.

Application

As a result edges don’t require any additional processing. The cut is smooth and efficient. It also creates less dust when compared to other garnet abrasives. Alluvial is therefore a very effective sand for both WaterJet cutting and sandblasting.

ABRASIVE GARNET STANDARD

Standard is a sharp and tough garnet abrasive material in greenish brown color. It's a product of crushing rocks process. As a result of processing the final product represents high cleanliness.
 
Thanks to multiple sievings every delivery fulfills the same high standards. Because of pretty low production costs it offers a very good quality cut in a really good price.

APPLICATION

Standard is above all the best for cutting materials thinner than 30 mm, p.ex. steel, aluminium, ceramic, glass and also wood. Use of any thicker materials can cause a drop on speed and increase material consumption.
